Staying in Shanghai? If we collect your clothes before 11am, normal items come back to your hotel the same evening at no extra cost (not on Fridays, and not for special items such as leather or bedding). Need it even faster? Our 6-hour express is available at double price.
In our other cities, standard return is the next day, and same-day service is available for an extra 50%.
