Can you pick up from my hotel room?
Yes. We collect from your room or the front desk. Send us your hotel name, room number and a good time on WeChat.
Can I get my laundry back the same day?
In Shanghai, if we collect before 11am (no special items, not Fridays), your clothes come back the same evening at no extra cost, and a 6-hour express is available at double price. In other cities same-day service costs an extra 50%; standard return is the next day.
What if I check out before my laundry is ready?
Tell us your checkout time when you book. We will plan the return around it, suggest same-day or express service, or deliver to the front desk.

We collect from hotels in 39 cities in China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Chengdu. See the list below.
How much does it cost?
Shirts are ¥20 in Shanghai and ¥30 in our other cities; wash & fold starts at ¥78 (Shanghai) or ¥98 (other cities) for 3 kg. Pickup and delivery is charged by distance.
How do I pay as a foreigner?
WeChat Pay, Alipay, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or US dollars through PayPal.
