Dry cleaning & laundry: your questions answered
How much does dry cleaning cost?
In Shanghai shirts start at ¥20 and suit jackets at ¥48. In our other cities shirts are ¥30 and suit jackets ¥58. Stain treatment and pressing are included in every per-item price.
How fast will I get my clothes back?
In Shanghai, normal clothes take 1–3 days, or the same evening at no extra cost if we collect before 11am (no special items, not Fridays). A 6-hour express is available at double price. In other cities normal clothes usually come back the next day, and same-day service costs an extra 50%.
Do you remove stains?
Yes. Stain treatment is included in every per-item price. Point out stains when you book — fresh stains are much easier to remove.
Will my clothes come back on hangers?
Shirts, suits, dresses and coats come back pressed on hangers; other items are neatly folded.
How much is pickup and delivery?
In Shanghai pickup is free for orders over ¥300 in the Puxi inner ring, otherwise ¥38; farther areas from ¥68. In other cities pickup starts from ¥68 depending on distance, with a ¥150 minimum order.
How can I pay?
WeChat Pay, Alipay, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or US dollars through PayPal.
