Normal clothes are usually returned the next day. Same-day service is available with a 50% rush fee. Down jackets, coats, leather, fur and delicate fabrics take longer.

Do you remove stains?
All per-item prices include stain treatment, including on delicate fabrics. Tell us about stains as early as possible — fresh stains are much easier to remove.
Do you pick up from hotels around West Lake?
Yes. We collect from hotels and guesthouses around West Lake as well as apartments and offices across the city. Send us your hotel name and room number on WeChat.
Can you clean silk garments bought in Hangzhou?
Yes. Hangzhou is famous for silk, and we hand-treat silk blouses, scarves, qipao and dresses with gentle dry cleaning so colours and sheen are protected.
