Shoe cleaning & repair: your questions answered
How much does shoe cleaning cost?
In Shanghai cleaning starts at ¥58 per pair for leather shoes and sneakers. In our other cities leather shoes are ¥68 and sneakers ¥78. Boots and suede cost a little more — see the price table above.
How long does it take?
Shoe cleaning and repairs usually take 2–7 days, depending on the work needed.
Can you repair heels and soles?
Yes. We re-glue, stitch, replace rubber soles and heel tips, resole leather shoes and recolour. Send us a photo on WeChat and we will quote before starting.
Can you clean suede shoes?
Yes. Suede and nubuck are cleaned by hand with methods made for the material.
Will every mark come out?
Most shoes improve a lot, but some old stains, dye transfer or wear cannot be fully removed. We will tell you what to expect before we start.
Can I send shoes with my clothes?
Yes. Add shoes to any pickup — everything comes back together or as soon as each item is ready.
