Hangzhou is best seen on foot. A loop of West Lake along the Su Causeway, the walk up through the tea terraces around Longjing village, an afternoon at Lingyin Temple. It’s a lovely way to spend a few days. It’s also a great way to get through clothes, especially in the humid months.

- Book online or scan our WeChat QR. Send your hotel name, room number and a time.
- Leave the bag at reception or hand it to our driver in the lobby.
- We confirm the item count and price before cleaning.
- Everything comes back to the hotel, pressed and on hangers or folded.
We collect from hotels and apartments around West Lake, Shangcheng and Gongshu, and from offices and homes in Binjiang and Xihu District. Normal clothes come back the next day, or the same day for a 50% rush fee. Shirts are ¥30 each and pickup starts from ¥68 depending on distance.
Bought silk? Clean it properly
Hangzhou has been famous for silk for centuries, and plenty of visitors leave with a scarf, a blouse or a qipao. Silk doesn’t like hotel sinks or hot washes. We hand-treat silk with gentle dry cleaning so the colour and sheen survive, and it comes back pressed and ready to pack.

One local note
Hangzhou gets the same plum-rain season as Shanghai in June and July. If you’re here then, don’t leave damp clothes in a suitcase. Send them to us and they’ll come back fully dry.
