2. Hand over the bag
Hotel guests can leave the bag at the front desk with their name and room number, or meet our driver in the lobby. Residents can leave it with the building guard. Embassy residences can hand over at the compound gate.
3. Price confirmed first
We count your items and send the total before anything is cleaned.
4. Back to your door
Normal clothes come back the next day, shirts pressed on hangers and the rest folded. Need it sooner? Same-day is available for a 50% rush fee.
