    Questions about booking

    How soon can you pick up?

    Usually the same day or the next day. Pickups run daily from 8am to 9pm (closed on Chinese public holidays). Book early in the day for the best choice of times.

    Can I get my clothes back the same day?

    In Shanghai, normal clothes collected before 11am (no special items, not Fridays) can come back the same evening at no extra cost, and a 6-hour express is available at double price. In other cities same-day service costs an extra 50%.

    Do I need to be there for the pickup?

    Not always. Hotel guests can leave laundry at the front desk, and we can collect from your building reception — just tell us in the special requests box.

    How will I know my booking is confirmed?

    We confirm every booking by your chosen contact method — WeChat, phone, email or WhatsApp — usually within 1 hour, daily 8am–10pm.

    Can I change or cancel my booking?

    Yes. Just message us on WeChat or call +86 186 1684 3107 before your pickup time.

    When and how do I pay?

    You pay on delivery by WeChat Pay, Alipay, cash, bank transfer, or US dollars through PayPal.
