Most of our Shenzhen customers never meet our drivers. They leave a bag at the hotel front desk on the way out, and when they get back in the evening it’s waiting for them, clean and pressed. That’s the whole idea.

How front desk pickup works
- Book online or scan our WeChat QR. Send your hotel name, room number and the day you want us to collect.
- Put your clothes in a bag and write your name and room number on it. Any bag is fine.
- Leave it at reception and tell them a laundry service will pick it up.
- We count the items, confirm the price with you, and clean everything.
- Your order comes back to the same front desk, with shirts on hangers and everything else folded.
Our driver checks every bag against the order note before it leaves the hotel, so nothing gets mixed up with another guest’s laundry.
Where we collect
We pick up from hotels, serviced apartments and offices across the city, including Futian, Nanshan (Shekou, Houhai, Science Park), Luohu and Bao’an. If you’re out near the airport or in Longgang, send us the address and we’ll quote the pickup fee first.
What it costs
Pickup and delivery in Shenzhen starts from ¥68, and shirts are ¥30 each, washed and pressed. The minimum order is ¥150. Because the pickup fee is per trip, it’s cheaper to send one bigger bag than several small ones. Normal clothes come back the next day, or the same day for a 50% rush fee. The full list, from suits to sneakers, is on our Shenzhen dry cleaning page.
Good to know
- Ask reception to keep the ticket. Some hotels log every parcel that goes in or out. That’s normal.
- Checking out soon? Tell us your checkout date when you book so we plan the return around it.
- Lots of everyday clothes? Our wash, dry and fold service is priced by weight and works out cheaper for T-shirts, socks and gym kit.
- Sneakers too. Shenzhen is a sneaker city. We clean those as well, see shoe cleaning.
