How the Price Is Worked Out
There is no item-by-item list. You fill one bag with clothes, towels and sheets, we weigh it after pickup, and the total comes straight from the scale.

Pickup and delivery are billed separately, from ¥68 depending on where you are in Qingdao. Send your address and we confirm the fee before anything is booked. The minimum order is ¥150.
Hotel Laundry, a Laundromat, or This?
Most visitors to Qingdao end up choosing between per-garment hotel prices and a laundromat with instructions only in Chinese. One is expensive, the other eats an afternoon. Sending it out by weight is cheaper than the first and easier than the second.
From Your Door and Back Again
You tell us where you are in Qingdao and when to come, using our booking page, a call or WeChat. A driver collects the bag. We wash it, dry it properly and fold everything, then return it to the same place, usually the next day.
If your schedule is tighter than that, same-day return is available for an extra 50% on the standard price. Book early in the day for that.

Shirts you want pressed, suits, silk, wool and anything stained go through our per-item dry cleaning and laundry instead. You can send both in one pickup.

Is the price really only based on weight?
Yes. We weigh the full bag after pickup: ¥98 for the first 3 kg, then ¥28 for every kilogram after that. Nothing in the bag is priced by item.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Next day is the standard turnaround, and wash and fold is always back within 1 to 2 days. Yes. Same-day return is available for an extra 50% on the base price, if you book early in the day.
Do you pick up from hotels and apartments across Qingdao?
Yes. We collect across Shinan, Shibei, Laoshan, Licang and the West Coast (Huangdao). The exact pickup and delivery fee depends on your location and is confirmed before booking.
Can towels and bed sheets go in with my clothes?
Yes. They are weighed and washed as part of the same order. Let us know about anything delicate when you book, so we can handle it separately.
Do I need to sort my clothes first?
No. Put everything in one bag. We sort by colour and fabric before washing.
