Pickup and delivery are billed separately, from ¥68 depending on where you are in Lijiang. Send your address and we confirm the fee before anything is booked. The minimum order is ¥150.

Hotel laundry in Lijiang is usually priced per garment and can take a day or two to come back, which adds up fast on a short trip. Doing it yourself means finding a laundromat, which is fine if you read Chinese and a lot harder if you don’t. Laundry by weight gets around both.
How a Pickup Actually Works
Book online, call or message us on WeChat with your hotel name or address in Lijiang and a pickup time that suits you. Our team collects the bag from you, so there is nowhere to go. Everything is washed, fully dried and folded, then brought back to the same address, usually the next day.
If your schedule is tighter than that, same-day return is available for an extra 50% on the standard price. Book early in the day for that.
