Can you pick up from my hotel?
Yes. Leave your bag at the front desk with your name and room number, or meet our driver in the lobby. We collect from hotels across the area, but we are an independent service and are not affiliated with any hotel.
Can I get laundry back the same day?
Yes, if we collect before 11am and the order is normal clothes. Same-day service isn’t available on Fridays or Chinese public holidays. 6-hour express is available at double the regular price.
Do you have a shop near the Bund?
Our Shanghai shop is at No. 78 San Yuan Road in Putuo District, so for the Bund area pickup and delivery is the easiest option.
Do you collect in Lujiazui?
