1. Book in English
Message us on WeChat, call or email with your address or hotel name, room number and a pickup time.
2. Hand over the bag
Lane-house residents can leave the bag with the building guard or at the door. Hotel guests can leave it at the front desk with their name and room number, or meet our driver in the lobby.
3. Price confirmed first
We count your items and send the total before anything is cleaned.
4. Back to your door
Collected before 11am, normal clothes come back the same evening (not Fridays). Everything else is usually back the next day, shirts pressed on hangers and the rest folded.
