We count your items and send the total before anything is cleaned.
4. Back to your door
Collected before 11am, normal clothes come back the same evening (not Fridays). Everything else is usually back the next day, shirts pressed on hangers and the rest folded.

Same-day return is available when we collect before 11am and the order is normal clothes (not Fridays or public holidays). Otherwise most orders are back the next day.

Yes. We can collect from office reception in Lujiazui and return the order there.
