The Usual Options, and Why They Fall Short
Hotel laundry in Chongqing charges by the piece, so a week of T-shirts and socks quickly turns expensive. Self-service laundromats are cheaper, but you need time, coins or a Chinese payment app, and enough Chinese to read the machine. We take both problems away.
What Happens When You Book
Send us your address or hotel name in Chongqing through our booking page, by phone or on WeChat, with a time that works. We collect the bag, often from reception or your building guard if you are out. It is washed, dried and folded, and comes back to you, normally the next day.
If your schedule is tighter than that, same-day return is available for an extra 50% on the standard price. Book early in the day for that.

Yes. We weigh the full bag after pickup: ¥98 for the first 3 kg, then ¥28 for every kilogram after that. Nothing in the bag is priced by item.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Next day is the standard turnaround, and wash and fold is always back within 1 to 2 days. Yes. Same-day return is available for an extra 50% on the base price, if you book early in the day.
Do you pick up from hotels and apartments across Chongqing?
Yes. We collect across Yuzhong, Jiangbei, Yubei, Nan’an, Shapingba and Jiulongpo. The exact pickup and delivery fee depends on your location and is confirmed before booking.
Can towels and bed sheets go in with my clothes?
Yes. They are weighed and washed as part of the same order. Let us know about anything delicate when you book, so we can handle it separately.
Do I need to sort my clothes first?
No. Put everything in one bag. We sort by colour and fabric before washing.
