2. Hand over the bag
Hotel guests can leave the bag at the front desk with their name and room number, or meet our driver in the lobby. Residents can leave it with the building guard.
3. Price confirmed first
We count your items and send the total before anything is cleaned.
4. Back to your door
Collected before 11am, normal clothes come back the same evening (not Fridays). Everything else is usually back the next day, shirts pressed on hangers and the rest folded.

Can I get laundry back the same day?
Yes, if we collect before 11am and the order is normal clothes. Same-day isn’t available on Fridays or Chinese public holidays. 6-hour express is available at double the regular price.
