1. Book a pickup
Use our booking form or scan our WeChat QR. Tell us your address and when suits you. Drivers run Monday to Sunday, 8am to 9pm, across Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), Gusu, the New District (SND), Wuzhong and Xiangcheng.
2. Pack a bag
Any bag will do. A few things make it go smoother:
- Empty the pockets.
- Put dry cleaning (suits, coats, silk) in a separate bag from everyday washing, or just tell us which is which.
- Point out any stains when you book.
- Leave the bag with your building guard or at the door if you’re out.
3. Done
We count everything, confirm the price, and clean it. Everyday clothes come back washed, dried and folded. Shirts and suits come back pressed on hangers. Normal clothes come back the next day, or the same day for a 50% rush fee.
Who uses us in Suzhou
Mostly people who are busy. Families around Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake who’d rather spend the weekend at the gardens in the old town than at the washing machine. Engineers on assignment in SIP who live out of a serviced apartment. People who commute to Shanghai on the high-speed train and get home too late to iron anything.

What it covers
- Everyday clothes by weight with our wash, dry and fold service.
