Wash, dry & fold laundry service, priced by the kilo

In Shanghai the first 3 kg cost ¥78 and each extra kilo is ¥26. In our other cities the first 3 kg cost ¥98 and each extra kilo is ¥28. Pickup and delivery is charged separately and depends on the distance.

Everyday cotton and synthetic items: T-shirts, polo shirts, underwear, socks, pajamas, exercise clothes, shorts, jeans, towels, kids’ clothes and bed sheets.

Silk, wool, cashmere, suits, dresses, down jackets, leather and anything that needs stain treatment or ironing. Send those as dry cleaning or per-item laundry instead — we will separate them for you if they end up in the bag.

Yes. Every load is sorted into darks and lights before washing, and fabric softener is added.

No. Wash & fold items are washed, dried and neatly folded, not ironed. If you need shirts pressed, choose per-item laundry.

Usually in 1–2 days. In Shanghai, laundry collected before 11am can often be returned the same evening — ask us when you book. Same-day service in other cities costs an extra 50%.

Wash & fold starts at 3 kg. For door-to-door pickup the minimum order is ¥150, which you can combine with dry cleaning or other items.
