How much does rug cleaning cost?
In Shanghai synthetic rugs are ¥88 per m² and silk or wool rugs ¥118 per m². In our other cities they are ¥138 and ¥188 per m². Measure length × width to estimate.
How long does rug cleaning take?
Usually 5–8 days, including thorough drying.
Can you clean silk and wool rugs?
Yes. Tell us the material when you book so we can treat it correctly.
Will all stains come out?
Most stains improve a lot, but some old or set-in stains cannot be fully removed. We will tell you what to expect after inspecting the rug.
Do you clean fitted carpets in my home?
Our service is for rugs and carpets we can collect. Contact us if you have a fitted carpet and we will advise.
How big a rug can you collect?
Most household rugs. For very large rugs, send us the size and a photo first.
