Dry cleaning in Shanghai: your questions answered
Do you offer laundry pickup and delivery everywhere in Shanghai?
Yes. We collect and deliver across Shanghai, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm. Pickup and delivery is free for orders over ¥300 inside the Puxi inner ring; other areas, including Pudong, are priced by address.
Can I get my clothes back the same day?
Yes — if we collect before 11am and your order has no special items, we deliver the same evening. This is popular with hotel guests. Same-day service is not available on Fridays. Most other orders are ready the next day.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our customer service team speaks English, so you can book, ask questions and arrange delivery without a translation app.
How do I book?

What payment methods do you accept?
WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or US dollars through PayPal.
Can you clean large items like duvets, curtains and rugs?
Yes. We clean duvets, comforters, blankets, curtains, sofa covers and rugs. See the price list above, or send us a photo for a quote.
Do you remove stains?
All per-item prices include stain treatment. We cannot guarantee every stain will come out, so tell us about stains as early as possible — fresh stains are much easier to remove.
